IT Support / Helpdesk (m/f/d)
We are looking for an IT Support professional to join our Essen office (on-site) to ensure smooth IT operations and provide technical support.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues (on-site and remote).
- Implement security policies, ensure system connectivity, and manage user accounts.
- Administer G-Suite, perform software updates, patches, and VLAN changes.
- Resolve internal customer issues proactively, offering training and troubleshooting assistance.
- Be the main point of contact for IT activities and ensure proper IT asset management.
Requirements:
- Completed IT education (e.g., IT specialist).
- 6 months of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Windows and Linux virtualization, networking (VLAN, ports), and Active Directory.
- Strong troubleshooting skills (hardware, software, and network).
- Customer-focused, team player with excellent communication skills in German (written and spoken) and at least B1-level English.
- G-Suite, PDQ, and Desktop Central certifications are a plus.
- Additional certifications (A+, Network+, Server+, MCP, CCNA, ITIL) are advantageous.
- Availability to work on rotating shifts that will alternate periodically : 1st shift 8.00 - 16.30, 2nd shift 10.00 - 18.30, 3rd shift 17.30 - 02.00
