Your Mission
As a Customer Support Representative, you’ll assist customers through phone, chat, and email, answering questions and resolving issues such as:
- How to use products or services effectively.
- Troubleshooting technical problems and offering solutions.
- Helping with account management, payments, and subscriptions.
You'll be part of a tight-knit, Norwegian-speaking team living in Portugal, building lasting friendships and supporting each other through your work and adventures.

We’re Looking For You If You Have:
- Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken).
- Good command of English (both written and spoken).
- A stable, quiet home office with a solid internet connection.
- Basic tech skills and the ability to troubleshoot.
- Legal right to work in Portugal and a Portuguese tax ID.
- A commitment to stay at least 12 months.
