As a Customer Support Representative, you’ll assist customers through phone, chat, and email, answering questions and resolving issues such as:

We’re Looking For You If You Have:

• Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken).
• Good command of English (both written and spoken).
• A stable, quiet home office with a solid internet connection.
• Basic tech skills and the ability to troubleshoot.
• Legal right to work in Portugal and a Portuguese tax ID.
• A commitment to stay at least 12 months.
