Your Role

In this remote role, you’ll help customers solve their problems and answer questions about a variety of services and products. Your tasks will include:

  • Explaining product features and how to use them.
  • Fixing technical issues and troubleshooting.
  • Assisting with account management, billing, and payments.

You’ll join a friendly team of Norwegian speakers who are also based in Portugal, creating an environment where you can grow, share experiences, and enjoy your time abroad.

Benefits and Perks:

  • Salary: 1,500 € gross per month, paid 14 times a year.
  • Bonus: A monthly bonus of 120 €.
  • Payment Options: Choose to receive your salary in two lump sums (June and November) or 1,750 € per month.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Norwegian (spoken and written).
  • Proficient in English (spoken and written).
  • A quiet, reliable home office space and strong internet.
  • Tech-savvy with basic troubleshooting skills.
  • A Portuguese tax ID and legal right to work in Portugal.
  • Willingness to commit for at least 12 months.
