As a Helpdesk Agent, you will be responsible for assisting customers with technical issues via email and phone. You'll resolve problems and ensure that every customer interaction leaves them happy and satisfied. While you'll communicate with customers in Czech, your colleagues in the international office will speak English, allowing you to enhance your language skills and interact in a multicultural environment.

Requirements:
- Fluent in Czech (spoken and written)
- Excellent English skills (spoken and written)
- Flexibility to work in shifts
