Job description

Dreaming of working by the sea in a city full of culture, history, and sunshine? As a Czech-Speaking Helpdesk Agent in Athens, Greece, you’ll get the best of both worlds—helping customers while enjoying the beautiful Mediterranean lifestyle.

In this role, you will assist customers in Czech with technical issues over email and phone, making sure that every customer leaves satisfied. Though you’ll be speaking Czech with customers, you’ll work in an international office, where English is the primary language for communication, giving you a fantastic opportunity to practice your English.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Czech (spoken and written)
