In this role, you’ll engage with customers via email and phone, assisting them with technical issues and inquiries. Your goal is to ensure that each interaction leaves the customer satisfied. While you'll be speaking Czech with customers, your daily communication with colleagues in the office will be in English, which gives you an excellent opportunity to improve your language skills and interact with colleagues from around the world.

What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent in Czech (both spoken and written)
- Very good knowledge of English (both spoken and written)
- A flexible approach to working shift hours
- At least 18 years of age
- Ready to live and work in Athens for a minimum of 12 months
- Strong computer and technical skills
