About the role:

Join a global tech leader as a Danish-speaking Engagement Manager and help Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) unlock their potential on a world-class cloud platform. Whether you’re guiding partners to success or shaping unforgettable customer experiences, your role is all about making an impact.

What you’ll do:

  • Act as the go-to expert for ISVs, helping them thrive with cloud solutions.
  • Foster strong relationships to drive long-term partnerships.
  • Masterfully execute multi-channel outreach strategies (think calls, emails, and social media).
  • Provide personalized, competitive solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Collect and share insights from clients to continuously improve services.

What is required?

  • Native or near-native Danish, plus fluency in English.
  • 1–2 years of experience in IT sales, account management, or similar roles.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Dynamics 365 or Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Office 365, or Dynamics 365 is a plus!
  • A commitment to living and working in Málaga for at least one year.
  • You’re 18 or older.
