Join the customer service team in sunny Lisbon, working with top brands like Microsoft, Spotify, and Nespresso! If you’re ready to live in one of Europe’s most exciting cities while providing stellar customer service, this is your dream job.

As a customer service champion, you’ll be solving customer queries in Danish through phone, email, and social media. Your communication will be in Danish with customers, but you’ll collaborate in English with your international team. With comprehensive training and support, you’ll gain the skills needed to become a customer service ninja.

On top of a fulfilling role, your relocation to Lisbon is fully supported. Your flight is refunded after training, and you’ll be welcomed by your new colleagues who’ll help you settle in. What is required?

  • Fluent in Danish, both spoken and written.
  • Good command of English (spoken and written).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Flexibility with shift work.
  • Available for at least 12 months.
  • At least 18 years old.
  • No Portuguese skills necessary.
