As a customer service champion, you’ll be solving customer queries in Danish through phone, email, and social media. Your communication will be in Danish with customers, but you’ll collaborate in English with your international team. What is required?

• Fluent in Danish, both spoken and written.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexibility with shift work.
• Available for at least 12 months.
• At least 18 years old.
• No Portuguese skills necessary.
