In this role, you'll engage with French-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat to address their inquiries and requests. If they encounter any issues, your responsibility will be to assist them with personalized solutions. No prior experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided to familiarize you with all aspects of the position. Fluency in English is also required since you'll be part of an international team.

This position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere within mainland Portugal! You'll participate in remote training, collaborate with your team, and fulfill your duties as a customer service agent, all from the comfort of your home. Please note: This opportunity is not available for residents of Portuguese islands.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling incoming calls, emails, and chat messages from French-speaking customers.
• Identifying customer needs and issues to effectively address their requirements.
• Utilizing internal systems to maintain records of all customer interactions.

What we offer

• A monthly salary of €1,164.34 per month.

What we are looking for

• You speak French fluently (spoken and written).
• You have a good level of English – spoken and written.
• You are available for a minimum of 12 months.
• You live in Portugal (excluding islands) and have a quiet workplace.
• You are available full time (40 hours per week).
• You are at least 18 years old.
• You have a European passport.
