What you will do in this role

As a Sales Representative on our team, you will:   

- Utilize a CRM with a database to transform the provided lead into sales opportunities.

- Use a consultative approach, Identifying the needs of prospects, and suggest appropriate products or services.

- Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities.

- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.

- Report to sales supervisor with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.

- Execute and achieve sales quota and targets.

- Track, manage, and report ongoing activity relative to the sales pipeline. 

Your qualifications

Concentrix is a great match if you:   

- Are proficient or bilingual in French and advanced in English  

- Have minimum one year of experience in sales, with a track record of exceeding lead targets.

- Possess proven, creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills.

- Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization.

- Are motivated, self-started, and achievement and goal oriented.

- Have proficiency with CRM software or data based.

 - Full time 39 hours/week contract: Monday to Thursday from 9:00 - 17:30 Fridays 9:00 - 16:30

 - Salary 18 400 euros gross/year + up to 4 800 euros gross/year in bonus
