Role Overview:

In this customer service role, your job is to handle customer inquiries via phone and email, solving problems and providing support with a smile. You'll assist with technical questions, help with bookings, and ensure customer satisfaction. While you’ll communicate with customers in Norwegian, you'll also work with a diverse team of international colleagues, all communicating in English.

Requirements:
