  • Assist customers with all aspects of their bookings, from initial reservations to last-minute changes and cancellations.
  • Address inquiries promptly and provide effective solutions via phone and email.
  • Maintain high standards of service to ensure every customer has a memorable experience.

What’s required:

  • Native Norwegian language skills
  • Excellent English proficiency
  • Available for at least 12 months
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Availability for rotating shifts from 09:00 to 20:00, Monday to Sunday
