Job Role: In your new role, you’ll act as the first point of contact for customers needing assistance. Whether it’s answering questions or providing tech support, you’ll ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for everyone who reaches out. Your main duties include:
- Handling customer requests by phone and email.
- Ensuring fast, efficient, and accurate resolutions.
- Providing regular updates on the status of inquiries.
- Forwarding critical issues to the right team members.
- Focusing on customer satisfaction in every interaction.

What You’ll Receive:

Requirements:
