About the Role: In this role, you’ll assist travelers with their bookings, cancellations, and modifications while providing top-notch customer service. You’ll be part of a global team working for a leading travel company. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
  • Handling customer queries efficiently and professionally.
