Your tasks include:

  • Connecting customers with their accommodation providers, ensuring all their needs are met.
  • Handling bookings, modifications, and cancellations with ease and efficiency.
  • Delivering high-quality customer service through phone and email correspondence.
  • Quickly addressing customer concerns and offering effective solutions.

What’s required:

  • Native Norwegian language skills
  • Fluency in English
  • A minimum of 12 months availability
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Availability for rotating shifts between 09:00 and 20:00, Monday-Sunday
