Your tasks include:
- Connecting customers with their accommodation providers, ensuring all their needs are met.
- Handling bookings, modifications, and cancellations with ease and efficiency.
- Delivering high-quality customer service through phone and email correspondence.
- Quickly addressing customer concerns and offering effective solutions.

What’s required:
- Native Norwegian language skills
- Fluency in English
- A minimum of 12 months availability
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Availability for rotating shifts between 09:00 and 20:00, Monday-Sunday
