As a Customer Service Agent, your main responsibility will be to assist players with their inquiries via chat and email. You’ll help them navigate account settings, resolve payment issues, explain game details, and provide troubleshooting for any technical difficulties. Your role requires fast, empathetic communication, and a keen eye for identifying suspicious activities.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Fluent in Swedish (both spoken and written).
  • Strong English language skills (both spoken and written).
  • A positive attitude, with flexibility in your approach.
  • A genuine interest in the iGaming industry and a desire to learn more.
  • An empathetic, customer-focused approach to service.
  • Excellent listening, teamwork, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
  • Minimum commitment of 12 months.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • EU citizenship required.
