What’s required?

• Fluency in Swedish (spoken and written).
• Good English skills.
• You’re at least 18 years old.
• A high school diploma (or equivalent) may be required for some roles.
• Willingness to live and work abroad for 6–12 months.
• A valid EU passport or work permit for the destination country.
