As a Customer Service Representative in Crete, you’ll handle incoming calls and offer solutions to customers from top companies. You’ll be responsible for:
- Answering customer questions and providing effective solutions.
- Managing customer communications through email and chat.
- Helping customers feel valued with great service and timely follow-ups.

Qualifications:
- Fluent in Norwegian and English (both written and spoken).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer literacy and organizational abilities.
- Flexible with a positive attitude toward new challenges.
- 18+ years old and available for at least 12 months.
- Valid Norwegian, Swiss, or EU passport/ID.
