Job description

Are you looking for an exciting job in the Igaming industry? Where you get to work at a great company in a hybrid model (home and office) in Malta? Apply today for the position as Customer Service Agent and start within the next two weeks!

Customer service excellence

You will provide excellent customer service to the players on the online gaming platform through chat and email in both Swedish and English, responding professionally to a variety of queries. By actively listening, researching, and reviewing requests, you’ll uncover the underlying needs of the customers. Your communication will be swift, thoughtful, warm, and empathetic, offering immediate solutions whenever possible. Alongside ensuring player safety by monitoring suspicious activity, you’ll also identify opportunities for sales and promotions at every turn.

You will work a full-time job that requires 24/7 availability to support the team. However, the team will also include senior members who are willing to work night shifts, so working the night shift would only be occasional. You will work four days a week.

Work at one of the hottest startups in the world!

Your colleagues will live all over Malta! The company is an outsourced business with employees working both in the office and from home, and the structure is designed specifically for this. The company has lots of online training and trips abroad to meet colleagues. Support is provided, such as a teleworking budget to help cover costs such as high-speed internet access or office expenses.
