The Role
In this role, you’ll be the friendly voice helping customers solve any issues they encounter with a particular product or service. Whether it's over the phone, via email, or through chat, you'll assist with:
- Explaining how products and services work.
- Troubleshooting technical issues or problems with the platform.
- Providing guidance with account management or payment-related inquiries.
- Offering step-by-step instructions to help customers use the service effectively.
You'll be part of a fun, supportive team of fellow Norwegian speakers living in Portugal. Share tips, experiences, and maybe even discover new places to explore with your new colleagues!
What’s in it for You?
- Salary: 1,500 € gross per month (paid 14 times a year).

- Receive monthly payments of 1,750 € (increased salary).

What We Need From You
- Fluency in Norwegian (written and spoken).
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- A quiet workspace, a good internet connection, and the ability to work from home.
- Basic tech skills and a passion for helping others.
- A Portuguese tax number and legal right to work in Portugal.
- Commitment to stay with us for at least 12 months.
