The Role

In this role, you’ll be the friendly voice helping customers solve any issues they encounter with a particular product or service. Whether it's over the phone, via email, or through chat, you'll assist with:

• Explaining how products and services work.
• Troubleshooting technical issues or problems with the platform.
• Providing guidance with account management or payment-related inquiries.
• Offering step-by-step instructions to help customers use the service effectively.

You'll be part of a fun, supportive team of fellow Norwegian speakers living in Portugal. Share tips, experiences, and maybe even discover new places to explore with your new colleagues!

What’s in it for You?

What We Need From You

• Fluency in Norwegian (written and spoken).
• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• A quiet workspace, a good internet connection, and the ability to work from home.
• Basic tech skills and a passion for helping others.
• A Portuguese tax number and legal right to work in Portugal.
• Commitment to stay with us for at least 12 months.
