Your tasks are varied:

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Quickly identify issues and guide the customer through various solutions to resolve their difficulties.
• Keep customers updated on the status and progress of their issues.
• In exceptional cases, access the customer’s computer to assist with troubleshooting.
• Escalate more serious problems to the specialist team.
• Customer satisfaction is your top priority!

What else is required?

• Fluent in German (spoken and written).
• Good English skills (spoken and written).
• Willing to live and work in Barcelona for 12 months.
• Experience in 1st or 2nd level IT support, ideally in larger environments, is a plus.
• Strong IT knowledge, especially in Windows 10, Office 365, MS Teams, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• At least 18 years old.
• You have EU or Swiss citizenship, or a work permit for Spain.
