About the Job

This isn’t just any customer service job. As a Customer Service Hero in the iGaming industry, you’ll be at the heart of an exciting and fast-paced environment. Whether you’re answering questions, troubleshooting issues, or offering support, you’ll play an important role in keeping our players happy.

Your daily tasks will involve communicating with players through phone, chat, and email. You’ll be troubleshooting, solving problems, and helping them make the most of their iGaming experience.

At the same time, your insights will help improve our processes and systems, making a real impact on our customer service efforts.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Fluency in Danish (spoken and written).
  • Good English communication skills.
  • 1+ year of customer service experience.
  • A positive attitude, flexible mindset, and eagerness to learn.
  • An interest in the iGaming industry.
  • Empathy, strong communication, and teamwork skills.
  • EU citizenship and a 12-month commitment.
