In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in ensuring players’ experiences are smooth and enjoyable.

Why You Should Join Us:

Our partner company, with over 8,000 games and 180+ providers, has become a leader in the iGaming world. They’ve built an exciting, high-energy workplace on Malta and are expanding rapidly. As a part of their team, you’ll enjoy an enriching work environment, great benefits, and the opportunity to contribute to the company’s ongoing success.

What We Offer:

  • €250 wellness allowance for gym memberships or other health-related expenses.
  • Free transport home after night shifts.
  • Flexible hybrid work model: work remotely or in the office (at least 2 days a week in the office).
  • One-time €250 bonus to set up your home office.
  • Private health insurance.
  • 40 days of remote work per year from anywhere in the world.
  • 27 paid vacation days annually plus 14 public holidays.

  • One day off per year for volunteering.
  • Birthday leave.
  • Fresh fruit, coffee, and tea daily.
  • Free party tickets and access to beach clubs.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Native or fluent in Swedish, with strong written and spoken English skills.
  • A positive, flexible attitude and the ability to thrive in a team environment.
  • A strong interest in the iGaming industry and a passion for helping customers.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and efficiently.
