The Supervisor Information Technology is part of the global Information, Communications & Technology (ICT) team and will report directly to a Manager or Senior Manager level. The supervisor's primary responsibility is to assist the Manager / Senior Manager in ensuring that all IT personnel perform efficiently and maintain up-to-date knowledge of their job functions. Additionally, the Supervisor will be responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining a high-performance computing environment and providing daily support as required.
As a Supervisor, Information Technology, you will
- Collaborate with the Senior Manager to develop, mentor, and coach team members
- Be knowledgeable and up to date on current technologies, security policies, and procedures
- Maintain system uptime, perform upgrades, ensure maintenance continually and minimize downtime
- Be innovative, curious, inquisitive, and able to rapidly adopt new and emerging technologies
- Understand how managing customer perceptions and expectations enhance customer service
- Provide and maintain technical documentation
- Focus on Installation, relocation or maintenance of hardware (primarily endpoints)
- Plan, coordinate, and execute office openings, moves, and closures
About you
- Several years of Technical Experience in a 24 x 7 IT Environment
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills in English
- Good Customer Service Skills
- Ability to Interpret and Follow Written IT Policies and Procedures
- Prior experience with Windows Client Administration, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Active Directory, O365 applications and Other Communication Tools
- Experience with working on projects
