What You Bring to the Role
1+ years of applied sales experience
Experience in prospecting, lead qualification, generating new business opportunities, upselling and cross selling 
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Brazilian Portuguese
Ability to effectively articulate value propositions, engage prospects, and build rapport over various channels such as phone, email, and social media
Understanding customer pain points, addressing objections, and positioning solutions to effectively nurture leads through the sales funnel

Stepping into the spotlight as the master of ceremonies, guiding online players through iconic games in line with company standards 
Conduct live games for online players in accordance with company policies and procedures

Self-discipline and a positive attitude, readiness to keep pace with an international team and local management 
Energizing the atmosphere and continuously perfecting your performance to create an experience players return to with excitement and delight 
Readiness to work on shift rotation
Escalate any disputes accordingly to the company’s policies in an efficient and timely manner
