Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service Agent, your role will be to assist customers through email, social media, and phone, helping them solve their queries with the confidence gained from thorough training. What do you get?
- A gross monthly salary between âŹ1,040.68 (including accommodation) and âŹ1,240.67 (without accommodation).
- You can use a shared apartment with colleagues for free. You will have your own room and share common areas such as the kitchen. Gas, water, electricity and internet are also included.
- Your training (2-4 weeks, depending on the project) is paid: you will receive âŹ92.80 per week.
- You will receive an annual return flight to your home country which will be reimbursed to you.

What is required?
- Fluent Italian (spoken and written).
- Be able to speak and write English at a good level.
- Availability to live and work in Lisbon for approximately 12 months.
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- You have a valid European passport or European identity card.
