Key Responsibilities:

As a customer service agent, you will be handling inquiries from customers via phone, email, and social media, all in Norwegian. You’ll be responsible for resolving issues efficiently while maintaining excellent communication with customers. While your communication with clients is in Norwegian, you’ll collaborate with colleagues in an international team, using English for team communication.

You’ll receive all the necessary equipment, including a laptop and headset, and will undergo a 2-3 week training period to get you up to speed.

For those not yet in Greece, there’s no need to worry! The company will take care of all your relocation needs, starting with a paid flight to Athens. Upon arrival, you’ll have two weeks of paid hotel accommodation while you look for permanent housing. You’ll also receive support with important administrative tasks, such as opening a bank account, getting health insurance, and setting up your taxes. A local real estate agent will help you find your new home!

What We Need From You:
