What You’ll Do:
In this position, you'll handle customer inquiries from Norwegian-speaking clients via phone, email, and social media. Your role will involve troubleshooting issues, answering questions, and ensuring a positive customer experience. While you’ll be assisting customers in Norwegian, your communication with your international team will be conducted in English. You’ll have all the tools you need to succeed, including a laptop and headset, with 2-3 weeks of paid training.
Comprehensive Relocation Assistance:
For those moving to Greece, the company has a full relocation package. Your flight to Athens will be covered, and upon arrival, you’ll be accommodated in a hotel for the first two weeks while you settle in. You’ll receive full support from HR, including help with setting up a bank account, getting health insurance, and dealing with taxes. A real estate agent will also help you find a permanent place to live.
