In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing technical support to Spanish-speaking customers via email and phone. Your mission is to resolve technical issues efficiently and with a friendly attitude, ensuring every customer interaction ends positively. While you’ll speak Spanish with customers, you’ll communicate with your colleagues in English, helping you improve your language skills.
