Your Key Responsibilities:

As a Helpdesk Agent, you’ll be assisting Slovenian customers with technical problems and inquiries. Your goal is to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every interaction leaves customers satisfied. You’ll communicate with your colleagues in English, which makes this role a great opportunity to improve your English skills.
