Your tasks:
- Support the employees during daily business
- Support and enable the team managers to achieve our business goals
- Leadership and steady motivation of our teams
- Independent preparation of project-related content and briefings
- Further development of process quality
- Monitoring, reporting and analysis of project-relevant KPIs
What we expect:
- 2 year experience in leadership
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, specifically minimum C1 English level
- Knowledge and understanding of the relevant KPIs
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Positive attitude and self-confident appearance
- Structured and autonomous way of working
- Ability to resolve conflicts
- Flexibility in working hours and high resilience to stress
