What You’ll Be Doing
-Providing top-tier customer support via live chat and email in Finnish & English
-Handling KYC duties and document verification to keep things secure
-Resolving inquiries quickly and efficiently, while maintaining a friendly and professional approach
-Identifying responsible gaming concerns and offering the right support
-Promoting exciting offers and helping players get the most out of their gaming experience
-Keeping an eye out for suspicious activity and escalating when needed
What We’re Looking For
-Customer Service experience (ideally in iGaming, but not a deal-breaker!)
-Fluent Finnish & strong English skills (written and spoken)
-A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude
-Willingness to work shifts (8 AM – 1 AM, with occasional night shifts if needed)
