As a Dutch Customer Care Specialist, you will:

- Provide effective troubleshooting and solutions to customer issues.
- Share your knowledge of products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Keep customers updated on the progress of their cases and follow through to resolution.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
- Fluency in Dutch and proficiency in English.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
