Are you ready to step into a meaningful role with one of the world's most influential technology companies? Join the Danish team in Dublin as a Privacy Specialist, where you’ll play a critical part in protecting individuals’ privacy while developing your career in one of Europe’s most exciting cities.

Working for a globally renowned American tech giant, you’ll handle privacy-related tasks that directly impact people’s rights. This is your opportunity to work in a diverse, fast-paced environment while building valuable expertise in data protection and compliance.

What will you do?

As a Privacy Specialist, your day-to-day responsibilities will revolve around handling privacy requests in accordance with European laws and company policies. Your tasks will include:

  • Processing requests: Use online tools to review and process privacy-related inquiries from individuals and legal representatives.
  • Policy compliance: Ensure every request aligns with company guidelines and European privacy regulations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with policy experts to address complex cases and regulatory issues, sharpening your skills in data management and legal compliance.
  • Staying updated: Keep pace with evolving policies and procedures through training and quality updates.
  • Supporting other markets: Primarily focus on Danish workflows, but occasionally assist other markets, including the French market, using translation tools.
  • Maintaining quality: Deliver high-standard work, meeting quality benchmarks and productivity targets.

This role offers you the chance to become a key player in the critical area of data protection while honing decision-making and analytical skills in a collaborative and supportive environment.

What’s in it for you?

This opportunity comes with an attractive package to help you feel comfortable and supported in your new role:

  • Competitive salary: €25,306 gross per year (€2,108.83/month).
  • Performance bonuses: Earn up to €4,500 annually (€375/month), along with a quarterly performance bonus of up to €540 (€180/month). This means your total monthly earnings can reach up to €2,663.83.
  • Paid training: Get three weeks of full-time training (8 hours daily, starting between 08:00 and 09:00) to ensure you’re prepared for the role.
  • Flexi-time: Start your workday anytime between 7:00 and 9:00 AM and enjoy a structured 8-hour workday with a 1-hour lunch break.
  • Vacation days: 20 paid vacation days per year to unwind and explore.
  • Contract terms: Begin with a 12-month contract, with the potential to extend for another year.

What do you need to succeed?

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

  • Fluency in Danish, both written and spoken.
  • Strong English skills for communication in a multicultural team.
  • Excellent computer skills and the ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Flexibility in working hours to match the demands of the role.
  • The legal right to live and work in Ireland (EU citizenship or work permit).
  • A commitment to work for at least 12 months.

Why Dublin?

Dublin is not just a city—it’s a lifestyle. Known for its vibrant atmosphere and friendly locals, Ireland’s capital offers an unparalleled blend of culture, history, and modern urban living.
