As a member of our Portuguese Technical Support team, you will be providing 24/7 help-desk support for users, helping them with their inquiries and technical issues via phone & e-mail, helping to build a better online user experience for millions of people all around the world.

Job Requirements:
  • Excellent writing & verbal communication skills in Portuguese
  • Good technical troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
  • Technical background & familiarity with technology trends
  • Experience in customer service will be appreciated
