You will provide excellent customer service to the players on the online gaming platform through chat and email in both Swedish and English, responding professionally to a variety of queries. You will work a full-time job that requires 24/7 availability to support the team. However, the team will also include senior members who are willing to work night shifts, so working the night shift would only be occasional. You will work four days a week.
