We are looking for talents with great Norwegian & English skills who will join us in our state-of-the-art working environment in Greece, after relocating to Athens.

Be part of a strong team that reviews and categorizes social media commercial ads, and also reviews and moderates business content, helping to build a better user experience.

Note: This position is not a remote/work-from-home position. Our teams are based in our state-of-the-art offices in Athens, Greece (Moschato and Piraeus).

What you will do:
  • Review and categorize social media content based on specific guidelines.
  • Ensure that all information uploaded by users follow the guidelines based on client’s policies.
  • Make well balanced decisions to be an effective advocate for the online community.
  • Ensure high quality and safe experiences for both people and businesses.
  • Apply a content policy to digital content and execute handling procedures with consistency.
  • Assist customers via chat, email or phone (depending on the project).
  • Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions.
  • Follow company and client procedures and guidelines.
What we expect from you:
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in Norwegian
  • Very good English knowledge
  • Exceptional communication and soft skills, as well as problem-solving skills
  • Ability to use Windows Operating Systems, internet applications and MS Office
  • Solid team, and collaboration skills, work independently with limited supervision
  • Attention to detail and ability to distinguish self-beliefs from moderated content and policies
  • Be positive and proactive and have a desire for applying continuous improvement processes
  • Experience in Content Moderation, Social Media or Customer Support will be considered as an advantage
