What You’ll Be Doing:

As a customer service agent, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries via phone and email. Your role is to guide customers through technical problems and provide solutions with a friendly, professional attitude. You’ll communicate with customers in Norwegian, but you’ll also work with an international team, so you’ll use English in the office as well.

• Minimum of 12 months available.

• Norwegian, Swiss, or EU passport/ID card.
