Logistics Customer Advisor (French speaking)

Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Service Agent in Lisbon will be:

• Assist customers with their requests via email, phone and live chat.
• Collect and update customer data
• Provide product information to the customer (e.g. subscription, payment and technical issues).
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by responding appropriately.

What are the benefits for you?

• Contract type: Fixed-term contract renewable annually. Working hours: Full-time (40 hours/week) on rotating teams (depending on the project).
• Training: Give your career a boost with the intensive training the company offers to its new employees.
• Salary conditions (*): You have 2 options:
• With free accommodation (shared apartment, all bills included): €1,040 gross/month.
• Without accommodation: €1,240 gross/month (*)
• (*) Remuneration during the training period in the event of success (5 to 20 days): 50% of your basic salary (less taxes).
• Relocation package for international candidates:
• Refund of your initial flight costs after 9 months.
• Airport reception
• Annual return airfare to your home country (within the EU)
• Help with administrative formalities, opening a bank account, etc. upon your arrival.
