Your Day-to-Day:
As a Helpdesk Agent, you'll be supporting Polish-speaking customers, offering solutions to technical problems through both email and phone. Your role is to keep the customer experience top-notch while tackling technical issues with enthusiasm. You’ll also be able to work in English within your international office, giving you the chance to polish your language skills!
Your work is key to ensuring customer satisfaction, and you’ll be the go-to person for any technical inquiries.
