- Handling bookings, cancellations, and modifications, ensuring that customers' travel plans are always up to date.
- Communicating with customers via phone and email to address inquiries and resolve issues.
- Ensuring a positive customer experience by offering timely solutions and thoughtful advice.

What you’ll receive:
- €22,244 gross annual salary for 39 hours/week

Requirements:
- Native Norwegian and fluent in English
- Minimum 12-month availability
