  • Assist with booking modifications, cancellations, and customer inquiries.
  • Provide exceptional service via email and phone, ensuring a stress-free experience.
  • Resolve customer issues with professionalism and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Native proficiency in Danish (spoken and written).
  • Good command of English.
