About the Role: As a key member of the Customer Support team for a leading travel company, you’ll be the friendly face guiding customers through their booking process. Whether it’s providing updates, modifying bookings, or helping customers make changes, you’ll ensure smooth and hassle-free travel experiences. Your role will include:
- Acting as a key contact between travelers and global accommodation providers.
- Assisting customers with bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues with professionalism.
- Managing all communication channels efficiently, including phone and email.

What You Need:
- Native Danish language skills (written and spoken).
