This role will be based in our client's Gibraltar Office. Any applicants must be prepared to relocate and be based in Gibraltar.

As Head of Marketing with our client, you will be driving acquisition across key markets across brands.

The Head of Marketing will be responsible for the daily marketing performance; managing a team of Marketing/Country Managers and Performance specialists, owning the overall marketing budget for all markets, 3rd party agencies and collaborating with internal peers from central brand to media-buying.

It is therefore a key role within our client's commercial team, reporting to the regional Managing Director.

The role requires not less than 5 years of experience in marketing and/or leadership within similar roles. You may be a Country Manager in the Nordic/DACH region looking for a step up, or in a similar role within the industry.

Tasks

  • Manage a team of 4-5 direct reports, to bring leadership, inspiration and structure.
  • Present monthly MKT & media plans and ongoing initiatives to MD and occasionally executive suite. It’s paramount to have a high sense of ownership and drive, to push new initiatives and insights forward.
  • Collaborate with a wide range of internal stakeholders to drive results in shared efforts. Our client is a global organisation, with BI, CRM, Brand, Mediabuying as your main POCs.
  • Bring a solid understanding of the Danish and Swedish igaming industry which you can implement into succesful marketing and commercial strategies for our client's Nordic brands.
  • You are analytical and not only understand the game of attribution, MMM, brand awareness; you are an expert ready to challenge and drive our client forward.
  • Limited and occasional travel required. Around 4 times per year.

Requirements

  • This role will be based in our client's Gibraltar Office. Any applicants must be prepared to relocate and be based in Gibraltar.
  • Minimum 5 years working in Brand/digital Marketing, preferably in the iGaming industry.
  • Experience with tracking tools such as Google Analytics as well as a deep understanding of main KPIs in online acquisition and how they interact.
  • Strong project management and coordination skills.
  • Leadership experience a must.
  • Excellent analytical skills and a born team player.
  • The ability to work across multiple team in a matrix organization and manage project deliveries within tight deadlines.
  • Highly organized.
  • Native Danish or Swedish.
