Job description

Join an international team in Valencia as a Sales Development Representative. This role involves managing the entire sales cycle—from market research and lead generation to closing deals and onboarding new clients. You’ll play a key role in building strong relationships with merchants, optimizing deals, and helping businesses grow while contributing to the success of a well-established global brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full Sales Cycle: Conduct market research, identify potential leads, outreach via cold calls, close deals, and onboard new clients during their first 3 months.
  • Self-Driven Outreach: Generate leads independently and engage with potential clients, primarily through cold calling.
  • Territory Focus: Manage merchant accounts in one or two cities within the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) across various industries and business sizes.
  • Merchant Growth: Build and nurture strong merchant relationships, re-engage former clients, and consult on optimizing deals to improve satisfaction and revenue.
  • Problem-Solving: Act as a trusted advisor to merchants, addressing campaign-related questions and issues.
  • Business Understanding: Develop an in-depth understanding of each merchant’s business, including services, target audiences, competitive advantages, and revenue drivers.
