Your Role:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in assisting customers with bookings, modifications, and cancellations. You’ll be responsible for managing incoming queries through phone and email, delivering top-notch service with a smile, and ensuring customers’ travel experiences are smooth and enjoyable.

  • Act as a communication bridge between travelers and global accommodation providers.
  • Manage customer inquiries about bookings, modifications, and cancellations.
  • Deliver efficient and friendly service, solving issues promptly.
  • Handle correspondence via phone and email to uphold high communication standards.

Requirements:

  • Native Danish speaker (written and spoken).
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Available for at least 12 months.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts from 09:00 to 20:00 (Monday-Sunday).
