Your Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in assisting customers with bookings, modifications, and cancellations. You’ll be responsible for managing incoming queries through phone and email, delivering top-notch service with a smile, and ensuring customers’ travel experiences are smooth and enjoyable.
- Act as a communication bridge between travelers and global accommodation providers.
- Manage customer inquiries about bookings, modifications, and cancellations.
- Deliver efficient and friendly service, solving issues promptly.
- Handle correspondence via phone and email to uphold high communication standards.

What We Offer:

Requirements:
- Native Danish speaker (written and spoken).
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Available for at least 12 months.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work rotating shifts from 09:00 to 20:00 (Monday-Sunday).
