In this position, you will assist customers in Czech via email and phone, troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions. You'll work with a diverse, international team and interact with colleagues in English, making this an excellent opportunity to improve your English skills while working in an exciting environment.

Requirements:
- Fluent in Czech (spoken and written)
- Proficient in English
- Ability to work in shifts
- Minimum age of 18
- Willing to work and live in Athens for 12 months or longer
- Good technical and computer skills
