Job Responsibilities:
As a customer service agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing them with solutions to technical issues and general inquiries. Your job will be to ensure each customer feels valued, while maintaining a record of all interactions. You’ll speak to customers in Norwegian, but day-to-day communication with your international colleagues will be in English.

Requirements:
- Native Norwegian speaker (both written and spoken).
- Fluent in English.
- Available for a minimum of 12 months.

- Valid Norwegian, Swiss, or EU passport/ID card.
