Jouw verantwoordelijkheden en impact als Technical Support Specialist zullen zijn:
Communiceren met adverteerders en interne verkoop- en serviceteams via telefoon, e-mail, chat en videoconferentie
Uitvoeren en verifiëren van de implementatie van webgebaseerde producten bij klanten
Begeleiding, ondersteuning en training geven aan klanten over het gebruik van de producten
