What You’ll Be Doing

As a Customer Support Representative, you will:

  • Respond to incoming customer inquiries and provide expert support via phone, email, or chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction.
  • Assist customers with product-related questions, providing clear, helpful solutions.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of products and services to offer accurate information.
  • Keep customers informed about the status of their requests and follow up to ensure full resolution.

Requirements:

  • Native or fluent Dutch, with a good command of English.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus, but not essential.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for helping others.
